Our Company
COST PLUS sarl is a Lebanese company working with cost plus and other types of contracts for engineering, contracting and management services.
The MD Eng. Ibrahim Abdel Massih is holding a civil engineering bachelor degree, major public works from Saint Joseph University-ESIB in 1989.
Having 29 years of experience in the construction and project management fields in Lebanon and in the Middle East, the MD has been working as:
• A Leader for a design engineer's team including architectural, structural and electro-mechanical design for several residential and commercial projects in Lebanon.
• A Construction Manager responsible
for the execution of many projects behind the edification of residential buildings and compounds in Lebanon and Qatar.
• A Project Manager Consultant (Client representative) for a Lebanese Bank responsible
for all the related projects (Headquarters, New Branches, Restoration of Existing Branches 8 Rehabilitation, refurbishments and other related projects).
• A Project Manager Contractor, supervising the quality
and finality of many engineering endeavors. Including the electro-mechanical prospects for several residential and commercial buildings in Lebanon.
• A Project Manager leading a responsible supervision
team of engineers on site for Socotec International Paris at BNP Paribas New Cairo Headquarters Building project.
• A Project Manager for international, well-known Contractors in Lebanon and Qatar.
• A Project Manager for a Lebanese contractor managing and directing the execution of high end fit out projects
in Qatar
Throughout his frequent travels, the MD has always kept in touch with the latest developments in the fields of architecture, engineering design and construction technology via working with reputable companies and polishing his experience with engineering renewable energy, facade consultants, acoustics specialists, branding and image consultants and many other specializations.
